Description:
After installing any extension, it offers to restart LibreOffice, after which
it asks again if you want to install the same extension.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install any extension.
2. Close Extension Manager.
3. Ask if you want to restart LibreOffice now or later.
4. Click in NOW button.
5. LibreOffice restarts.
6. LibreOffice is automatically opened.
7. Extension Manager is automatically opened.
8. EM asks for install the extension installed in step 1.
Actual Results:
Ask for reinstall extension installed.
Expected Results:
Open LibreOffice and start to work.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
