Tomaž/Caolán: I don't measure the impact of DCH drivers but perhaps it could be
interesting to quote this point in next ESC.
For example, if LO is not yet compatible with DCH, we should blacklist all
Intel/Win10, no need to wait to have a report for each Intel model.
Also, since I suppose we want to keep the possibility to use OpenGL, I think
there should be some dev experts references and so a new line in
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/FindTheExpert.
