Steps how to reproduce with "LibreOffice 3.6.3.1” English UI/ German Locale
[Build-ID: f8fce0b] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) :
1. Open new Drawing from Starc Center
2. Draw a Rectangle 30x20mm (not user shape) from Draw Toolbar
3. Double click rectangle, type "xxx" and click outside rectangle
4. 'Rightclick rectangle -> Text' (from context menu
> Text dialog appears remember there are 4 Buttons at the bottom
5. Select tab 'Text Anmiation' -> <OK>' (without changes)
6. 4. 'Rightclick rectangle -> Text' (from context menu
> Text dialog appears iwth Tab 'Text Anmiation'
7. Click 'Text" tab
Bug: Buttons missing
I will have to check with what version that started
