Loss of cell overline font effect on round trip to OOXML is confirmed.
Version: 6.2.4.1 (x64)

CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: GL; VCL: win;
Locale: en-US (en_US); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: CL
Valid issue. But seems OOXML does not support Font effect formatting for
overline. And MS Office 2016 opens ODF (Text, Spreadsheet, Presentation)
containing them without any overline font effects.
