Document contains text fields - the content of them is lost during conversion
The attached file has some text fields which have been filled in.
For example in the first box, below "Aim of lesson What are we trying to
achieve?" the content reads "Backstroke 7m with no aid".
Opening the file in LibreOffice however shows the boxes empty.
