Just a sample one, doesn't have to have real contacts. This way I can confirm the issue and then our developers have a template to work from. Issue is that a lot of us don't have MS Office to reproduce the problem. Marking as NEEDINFO If it's not possible for you to do this let us know and we'll come up with a backup plan.
