attachment image showing 3 steps to reproduce bug

Problem description:

Steps to reproduce:

1. ....Click and drag horizontal displacement bar or keep pressed mouse button
from any place of the UI

2. ....Keep left mouse button pressed (drag) while the arrow moves to zoom
slider area

3. ....When mouse button is released over zoom slider area, zoom jump to point
where click was released

Current behavior:Zoom zoom slider jump to a point of zoom slider area where
mouse click was released coming from any other UI place

Expected behavior:Zoom slider must keep zoom and only jump when user click over
zoom slider area, not when user click and drag from any other UI place (like MS
Office), this is specialy annoying in calc when user made click and drag
horizontal displacement bar and then release the click over zoom slider, the
zoom jump to 300% by example.

Platform (if different from the browser): Windows and Linux, LibreOffice 3.6
and maybe happen in other platforms and version

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 9.0; Windows NT 6.1; Trident/5.0; SLCC2;
