Writer toolbar
Unable to add Vertical text icon to the Writer toolbar or to implement the
function when running 64-bit Linux Mint 19.1. No such difficulties when running
Windows 10 (v 1903). I've now tested LO 6.3.0.0 beta and encounter the same
difficulty..
