Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new presentation on Impress.
2. View > Toolbars.
3. Try unchecking the Text Formatting toolbar.
Actual Results:
You can't, as it is not shown on the screen because it does not fit.
Expected Results:
You should, or there should be an alternative way.
Reproducible: Always
