Wrong Colibre Form Replace with Sub menu
Step to Reproduce
1. Open Writer
2. Insert a Form (e.g Option Button from menu Form > Option Button)
3. Right Click on the Form > Replace with
Under the Replace with submenu, some of Colibre icons is wrong (compare to
icons in Form menu)
Group box
List box & combo box are too large
Image button
Pattern field
Scrollbar & spin button looks the same
