Well, let me then close as NotABug.. Attachment 152174 is the internal van
Attachment 152175 the desktop file dialog. So there is no bug.

I took the freedom to combat the hiding of the option to activate the use of
the internal file dialog, I was triggered by a mail on the users-list and my
own experience. But - fair is fair - it's not what this issue was about :)
