Open the screenshot and have a look to the bottom: Buttons will be nearly
completely hidden.

Have a look at the attached screenshot.
I have opened a table in Base.
Click on the header of a column and wanted to change the formate of a
date-field.
The dialogue appears and fills the whole screen.
Buttons will nearly completely disappear behind the controlbar of KDE.
The dialogue isn't resizable and I can't move the dialogue much more up on the
screen. Dialogue will get the whole 1080 pixel.

This all will happen with OpenSUSE 15 64bit rpm Linux, KDE Plasma 5.12.8 and 
Version: 6.2.4.2
