screenshot of a chart styled in Excel 2007, and properly handled by oo at least
2 years ago.

Problem description: 
The column-spacing in these kind of chart can by set changing manually a
flat-xml file, but there is no controls to do that in the 'Format Data series'
dialog.
chart:gap-width should be handled on both X and Y axis.
