To enable it in Basic IDE, add the line below
<library:library library:name="Tutorials"
xlink:href="$(INST)/share/basic/Tutorials/script.xlb/" xlink:type="simple"
library:link="true" library:readonly="false"/>
to the file
<$Installation>/share/basic/script.xlc
check if the code runs without errors before patching, and evaluate if the code
is relevant for the end user. For some reasons in the past, it has been hidden
for the user.
