Rough translation of comment #0:

If you delete a bookmark, the document is not marked as modified.
If deleting a bookmark is your single action before closing the document,
pressing Control-S (or Command-S on Mac OS X) will not save the deletion of the
bookmark (the bookmark is still there if you close and open the document
again).
Workaround: enter some blank here or there (and delete it again), or use “Save
as...” and replace the original file.
Test results:

This issue is REPRODUCIBLE with LibreOffice 3.6.3.1 (Build ID: f8fce0b), German
langpack installed, on Mac OS X 10.6.8 (Intel). Therefore set Status to NEW and
changed Platform to All/All.
