On Win10 with master sources updated 3 days ago, I could reproduce this.
I noticed this log on console:
warn:sd.eppt:3468:6236:sd/source/filter/eppt/pptx-epptooxml.cxx:324: unknown
shape not handled: com.sun.star.drawing.MediaShape
