Description:
Adding automatically generated axis titles to a chart in MSO gives them a
placeholder “Axis Title” string that appears localized in MSO, but not in LO.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached file in a non English UI
Actual Results:
Axis Title string is not translated.
Expected Results:
Axis Title string is translated.
Reproducible: Always
