OK, I can reproduce it with VCL: x11. If I test the connection with
contextmenue of the table > Database > Property > Test Connection it fails and
the connection to the database has gone.
Tested with LO 6.3.0.0beta2 on OpenSUSE 15, 64bit rpm Linux
Works right with VCL: gtk3.
So a special bug of VCL.
