Saving a file as .txt (Text - Choose Encoding (.txt)) don't let you chose
encoding.
Steps to Reproduce:
Save File as .txt (Text - Choose Encoding (.txt)
Actual Results:
It's save the file as Text but without let you select the encoding
Expected Results:
