Steps how to with "LibreOffice 3.6.3.2” German UI/ German Locale [Build-ID:
58f22d5] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit):
Start LibO From WIN Programs Start Center:
> LibO start Center Appears
Bug: Menus 'File -> Open', 'Tools - Customize', 'Tools - Options' And 'Help /
all except "Check for Updates"' are greyed out and not active
The problem is related to my profile I have been using the last few weeks and
also for 3.6.3.1, I cna't remember with what the problem appeared, may be
before 3.6.3.1.
The problem disappears when I rename my user profile before I launch LibO
3.6.3.2
So I think this one is related to "Bug 43489 - [Task] Incorrect behavior using
existing User Profile for upgrade"
