I followed the instructions to test the bug ruling out user profile issues and
I can confirm that it persists.
I did note that when there is sufficient margin at the top of the page, it
doesn't scroll as far, but I believe it shouldn't scroll at all by proximity of
the highlighter to the top or bottom of the window.
Especially since I often use Web view, I have no margins to mitigate the
scrolling.
