There's no such thing as master branch 4-0-4 or
distro/collabora/collabora-online-4-0-4, there's either one or the other. If
you've indeed used distro/collabora/collabora-online-4-0-4, then there should
be no issue with the context menu, but since you don't have the build anymore,
and can't provide further details.
If by any chance you used the more sensible distro/collabora/collabora-online-4
or even master branch, you could've run into bug 125681, which affects dialogs
and tunneled context menus. I'm considering that the most likely option, and
closing this as duplicate.
