Move "MS compatible Forms menu" option in Options dialog from LibreOffice
Writer>Compatibility to Load/Save>MicroSoft Office.
For me it would be more logic because all MSO compatibility options are in
Load/Save>MicroSoft Office now.
And in this case it needs rename option to "Reorganize Forms menu in Writer for
MS compatibility"
