No, that is not related to the rendering of the UI itself in OpenGL. Probably
your "OpenGL enabled: Yes" was a mistake and it is not enabled at all. We can
find out, if you copy and paste here the contents of Help - About window (as
plain text).
To get more testing results, you could try with a fresh 6.4 build as an
appimage from https://libreoffice.soluzioniopen.com/
Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED
WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
