Description:
When trying to update from LibreOffice 6.1.5 to 6.2.5 on a Windows 8.1 machine,
the install hangs with the progress bar stuck at about 10% It says it is
copying files, but according to the Task Manager, the program was utilizing 0%
CPU. After waiting an hour, I cancelled the installation. The previous version
had been erased, so when I tried to reinstall it, it stalled at the same spot.
This is the french version of LibreOffice and a French version of Windows.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Double-Click on the installation file
2. Click next until the installation begins
3. After a little while, the installation hangs
Actual Results:
after an hour of waiting, the installation still has not finished
Expected Results:
A successful installation

User Profile Reset: No
