Max number of rows is limited; getting errors when importing documents with
large number of rows (example; 170000 rows).

Steps to Reproduce:
1.import text file with 170000 rows.

Actual Results:
Error message. Not all rows are imported
Expected Results:
Able to import at least documents with 200000 rows or over.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
