Steps to reproduce:
1. Reproduce a crash -> bug 124738
2. Select 'Restart in safe mode' once the crashreport dialog is prompted
3. Click on send or do not send, it doesn't matter
4. Click on restart
5. Click on start once the restore file is prompted
-> Crash
