Updates are posted as "infrastructure" against build signatures, checked via
simple cURL posted PHP here:
https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/website/tree/check.php?h=update
But, it looks like the 6.3.0.1, 6.3.0.2 rc's have not been added yet, nothing
out of the ordinary...
Otherwise, this remains just an information service--it performs no package
management/downloads.
