There is no way to set outer border of table without open "Format cells"
window.
in order to do this I have to use "Outer Border without Changing Inner Lines"
on the "Format cells" window.
It is better if I can set outer border of table from tool bar.
or square(top/bottom/left/right) border icon should behave like that.
