Steps to Reproduce:
1.Save as copy
2.ms offc 2k7-19 w macros
3.add password
Actual Results:
file opens without password, same system, different system with offc 2k19
Expected Results:
password prompt prior to open
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
