Thank you for the updated.
The screenshot shows that you're using the "gtk2" VCL plugin, while this bug
report is for the qt5/kde5 VCL plugin, so this seems to be another issue.
If you think this is not the same as the existing bug reports bug 124391 and
bug 124192, please create a new bug report.
