Steps to Reproduce:
1.create some text.
2.create one push button
3.change design mode
4. Push button start flickering. unable see cursor positioning further
Actual Results:
Push button flickering continuously. Unable to click other cells
Expected Results:
no flickering
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
