And, the Byfield DWL book [1] has pretty good coverage of handling page styles
with style assigned Text Flow "Setting page breaks by style", and also best
practices for using page styles in Chpt 8 "Stylng the page", including for
"unusual circumstances" use of Page Break w/Style.
