Sample XLSX with one partially grouped row field

In Excel, in a pivot table you can select a couple of entries, open right-click
menu, and select Group to create arbitrary grouping (repeat any number of
times). The group name can be changed by editing its cell. In the PivotTable
Fields you also have the option to remove the original field from the rows, and
only keep the grouped one.

The two attached samples were created this way, one has both the grouped and
non-grouped rows (the layout has also been switched from Compact to Outline
Form), the other only has the grouped row.

In Calc:
- for the file with the one, partially grouped row field no content is
displayed, only the sum at the end,
- for the file with both row fields only the ungrouped one is shown.

Observed using LO 6.4.0.0.alpha0+ (ed882d693f37779e3a09641e7cd43b7a925d2312),
6.0.0.3 / Windows 7.
