Same can reproduced here with:
LO Version 6.1.5.2 (Build-ID: 10(Build:2) on openSUSE LEAP 42.3
and
LO Version: 6.2.5.2 (Build-ID: 1:6.2.5-0ubuntu0.18.04.1~lo1) on Ubuntu 18.04.3
LTS (Bionic Beaver)
Each time a value is entered that is not in the selection list and then leaves
the field, calc freezes.
Only exception: If the field "Display error message when entering invalid
values" is deactivated, calc does not freeze.
