The screen tearing is pretty certain to be a duplicate of bug 40534, non-OpenGL
presentation mode with GPU Hardware Acceleration enabled on a high resolution
display (e.g. > 2.5 m pixels). OP could verify by changing rendering
Tools -> Options -> View
Either enable OpenGL (if supported by hardware and os/DE), or disable Hardware
Acceleration and use only CPU for rendering the presentation.
Please, reopen from the duplicate if that is not the case.
