I am able to confirm this bug happens for me also, on MacOS 10.13.6 with
LibreOffice 6.3.0, and it does not happen in LibreOffice 6.2.5.2.
This bug is a show-stopper, and forced me to downgrade, because it's almost
impossible to retrain your fingers to one backwards application on an entire
computer full of correct applications.
