the only way i found to reproduce a file like the attached one is
(with: Locale: de-DE (de_DE)):
1. In cell A1 type: 48,04166667
2. In cell B1 type: =A1/1.1
3. B1 shows #NAME?, cause decimal separator should be ","
4. save spreadsheet
but reloading the file will correct the error.
