update check within LibreOffice 6.1.6.3 does not offer any update stating
"LibreOffice 6.1 is up to date." This has happened before too.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start LibreOffice 6.1.6.3 Writer
2. Click "Help" - "Check for Updates"
3. No update is offered

No update offered
Expected Results:
An update to the version offered on the website (6.2.6) should be offered.
