Description:
Calc informs me that an update to MRI "MRI - UNO Object Inspection Tool Version
1.3.4" is available.
Attempting to install it results in "Extension Manager: Error reading data from
the Internet. Server error message: 403 Forbidden".
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Extension Manager. Update notification pops up.
2.Click on Install

Actual Results:
The error message as listed above
Expected Results:
The extension should downlaod and install
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
