Exported LibreOffice Writer's Korean Old Hangul PDF
In Writer and Presentation
Noto Sans font's Some Old Hangul syllables have abnormal shown in exported PDFs

옛 한글 테스트(Old Hangul Syllable Text Test)

ᄒᆞᆫ저 옵서예 - 안녕하세요
ᄆᆞᆷ국- 몸국
月ᅌᅯᇙ印ᅙᅵᆫ千쳔江가ᇰ - (Middle Korean text)
only, ᄆᆞᆷ국 is likely shown ᄆᆞㅁ 국 - 몸국 in exported PDF.
I think Some Old Korean Hangul Syllable in exported PDF is abnormally shown.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a Writer or Impress file
2. Set the font to Noto Sans CJK KR Regular
3. Write some Old Hangul Syllables.
4. Export to PDF
