The problem is, that the drawings are VML drawings. VML is an outdated drawing
format and discontinued in MS Office. Only Word has still some support for VML.
If the document in converted in MS Word to a current version, the results
renders fine in LibreOffice.
For me it is a WONTFIX. But perhaps someone is interested in improving the VML
import filter.
