Actually not the export is wrong, but the import is, resulting in
[RED][<=0.9]#,#%;[BLUE][>1.1]#,#%;#,#%
with mixed decimal separators in a locale that uses the ',' comma decimal
separator, for example ru-RU or de-DE.
