Problem description:
When minimized, users lose any way of actually accessing any open windows in
LibreOffice Writer. The program does not appear in the alt+tab program
switcher, nor does it appear anywhere on the menu bar. It is possible to get
back to the open documents through the built in window switcher, but that's it.
Steps to reproduce:
1. open LibreOffice.
2. Minimize.
3. Try to find it.
