I just ran into the same issue (on PopOS (basically Ubuntu) 19.04; LO 6.3.0.4)
I'm no expert, but to me it appears as if the textfield for entering was
missing.
You can see that when I hit TAB to go to the next element (around 0:15 in the
video) it 'skips' the textfield and goes straight to the dropdown arrow.
