This is would be against both Draw and Impress as they share common source in
the sd module.
And, in fact this feature is already provided with the 'Break' command for
supported vector graphics (SVG, WMF, EMF); a keyboard or menu customization
beyond its location on context menu can already be made.
=> INVALID
EPS is not going to work well as it is not natively supported, LO will filter
import the preview bitmap but support of its vector PS elements is dependent on
third party helper apps--not well implemented cross platform and dependent on
user action to install and configure.
bug 67474 for native EPS vector handling would need attention.
