Problem description: Starting up LibreOffice v3.6.3 crashes in Windows XP Pro.
SP3 after its splash screen.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Upgraded/Installed LO with custom installation.
2. Start LO.
Current behavior:
LO splash screen shows and then crashes.
Expected behavior:
LO should not crash when starting up.
Platform (if different from the browser): Updated Windows XP Pro. SP3.
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:16.0) Gecko/20121026 Firefox/16.0
SeaMonkey/2.13.2
