Screenshot of the issue after step 5

Problem description:
When you select a piece of text or a list item and drag it somewhere within a
frame in normal view or anywhere in outline view, a cursor appears anywhere you
point your mouse at and stays there until the window of Impress is covered by
the window of another application or you finally release the mouse button.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Switch to normal or outline view
2. type something
3. select a part of what you've typed
4. drag (but don't drop yet) it to somewhere within the current frame in normal
view or anywhere in outline view
5. release your mouse button only when you point at the selected text again
with your mouse

Current behavior:
Lines appear and remain where you drag the mouse to in step 4 until you
actually move the text or cover that area of the window of a window of another
application.

Expected behavior:
These lines should disappear as soon as you move your mouse to another position
while dragging.

Platform (if different from the browser):

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:15.2) Gecko/20121028 Firefox/15.2.1
PaleMoon/15.2.1
