Do you reproduce this if you use standard view?
For example, if you rename your LO directory profile (see
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows) and give a new try?
If yes, would it be possible your file? (please have in mind that anyone may
access it, so remove any private/confidential part from it).
