Example with dash line style on hairline
Open attached document. It contains a hairline (=line with width 0) with style
"Line with Fine Dots". Save the file to docx and open this docx file. Notice,
the line style is lost, and instead the default "solid" is used.
The error is, that in case of a hairline an empty custDash element is written
instead of the needed dash stops.
